To refresh this Biltmore area Phoenix home, Studio KZ created a fresh open floorplan by removing walls to make a clean airy living space, more functional kitchen, and enclosed laundry room.  In addition to the interior changes a modern facelift was given to the front of the house including a cozy front patio for enjoying the gorgeous Arizona spring weather.
