The house was designed in a ranch style to complement the other stylish homes of the neighborhood, with careful attention to proportion and massing. The board-and-batten siding is made of fibercement panels for generations of durability. The second story bedrooms are tucked under a sweeping gable, which steps down and opens up to a generous great room.
